Sometime on April 17, our e-mail system experienced some problems. If you sent an e-mail or placed an order on April 17th or 18th, we may not have received it. If you do not receive a reply from us or a confirmation of shipment of your order please contact us. We may need you to resubmit your order online. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped, so you will not be charged twice in the event that your order needs to be resubmitted. If you have any questions, we are happy to try to answer them for you.
